e Learning

e Learning as a tool for accelerated implementation and capacity building
Based on the analysis of the situation, and on the activities of organizations, meeting the community representatives and assessing their level of commitment, the following is an outline for UNIDO’s intervention:

The project will establish training programmes for entrepreneurs for all aspects of administrative management and in the demonstration centres, for those technical and productive processes that are relevant to the moment – changing over time in accordance with demand.

These programmes will be supported by the interactive e-learning programme (description Annex VII). It is considered that this method is highly suitable for persons who have successfully attended the first entrepreneurial and technical training programmes, and is especially applicable to complex activities such as date farming, food processing, and similar issues where the knowledge, procedures and technology is so specific that it is completely unknown to those who are not directly involved. The Programme is also eminently and directly applicable for those YEs who offer or wish to offer advanced technical services such as electricians, mechanics, plumbers, architects and similar and it is of course applicable to all levels of academic learning.
